Foredeck
Foredeck is a read-and-control client for Kubernetes clusters. Andrew Kozlowskiy licenses it to you for personal or business use on Apple devices you own or control, on the terms below.
Foredeck can change and delete objects in a cluster when the credential you supply allows it. Those actions take effect immediately and cannot be undone from the app: a deleted pod is deleted, a workload scaled to zero stops serving. You are responsible for the credentials you add, for the permissions they carry, and for the consequences of the actions you take with them. If you want a credential that can only read, bind its ServiceAccount to the view role; Foredeck's read-only switch is a convenience on top of that, not a substitute for it.
Foredeck shows what the API server tells it, interpreted for a small screen. Interpretations can be wrong, a connection can drop while a list looks current, and a cluster can change between one screen and the next. Use it as an instrument, not as the only source of truth for an irreversible decision. It is provided as an operational tool and not as a guarantee about the state of your systems.
Foredeck is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of Foredeck. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; where that is so, they apply to the greatest extent permitted, and nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You may not reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute Foredeck, except where that restriction is prohibited by law. All rights not granted are reserved. The Apple Media Services Terms apply to your purchase and download; where they conflict with these terms for that purpose, they prevail. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for Foredeck. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
