Privacy Policy

As of the date of this policy, Quotillow displays usage measurements from your connected AI providers. The app supports MiniMax Coding Plan keys and manually copied Claude Code, Codex and Grok CLI access tokens. Credentials are stored in this device’s Keychain shared only with the Quotillow widget extension; usage requests send each credential directly to its respective provider over HTTPS. The provider receives your IP address and request metadata. For Codex, an account identifier may accompany the request. Pasted JSON is processed on your device; only the fields needed for usage and session renewal are saved. Refresh tokens and expiration times are retained when present to renew the session automatically. ID tokens and unrelated fields are discarded. Revoked sessions or desktop token rotation may require reconnecting. Access tokens imported without a refresh token cannot renew automatically. The app and widgets request usage and renew eligible sessions directly with the provider. Widget update timing is controlled by iOS. Usage measurements and update times are stored locally in a shared container for the app and its widgets. Disconnecting removes the saved key and measurements.

Example data is generated on your device and is labelled Preview. The app displays usage statistics; it does not submit prompts to an AI model.

Third-party services: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (Codex), xAI (Grok), and MiniMax process requests under their own privacy policies and account terms. Their retention practices apply to authentication and service request records. Quotillow communicates directly with the service you connect; the developer does not operate an account or usage-data server.

Control and deletion: disconnect each provider in its connection screen to remove its credentials and cached readings from the app and widgets. Delete imported source files separately in Files if you no longer need them. For provider-side records or access revocation, use the provider’s account controls. Contact support by email only with information you choose to send; please omit tokens and credential files. The website is hosted by GitHub Pages, which processes visitor connection information under GitHub’s privacy statement.
