Apple Health does not tell apps whether you declined a type — a declined type and an empty one look the same. Open Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices › Helsee and check that the types you want are switched on. Also check the period: the default is the last 30 days.
Tap Save to Files… and pick a folder in iCloud Drive or Google Drive (the
Google Drive app must be installed for it to appear in Files). Or set up a
Sync Folder: Helsee keeps a Helsee folder inside the one you pick
up to date, and leaves everything else in it alone.
When Health changes, iOS lets Helsee refresh the folder in the background, roughly once an hour. Health can’t be read while the device is locked, so some refreshes wait until you unlock it. Opening Helsee also catches up.
Share the ZIP to the assistant’s app, or upload the folder. Ask it to read
README.md first — it describes every file and column. Choose an assistant whose
privacy terms you are comfortable with: these files are your health information.
Correlations between what you ate and did and how you felt, the same day and one or two days later, plus weekly averages of nutrients. Each result shows its correlation and how many days it rests on. It is arithmetic on your own records, done on your device — not a diagnosis.
Settings › Show Sample Data fills Charts, Insights and exports with 120 days of a made-up person, so you can see what Helsee does before your own data builds up. Your Health data and journal are not changed, sync pauses meanwhile, and a sample export says SAMPLE DATA at the top of its README.
Settings › Erase Journal removes it from the device. Deleting the app removes it too.
Write to kozlovskyaid@icloud.com with your iOS version and what you tried. Please don’t attach exports — they contain your health data.
