Terms of Use

Last updated: 20 October 2026. This text is the same as the one inside the app.

Agreement

These terms apply to your use of Helsee. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA) also applies; where these terms say more, they add to it.

Not medical advice

Helsee is a tool for exporting and reviewing your own records. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, dietitian or other qualified professional.

Insights show correlations — things that happened together in your records. A correlation does not mean that one thing caused another. Do not change your diet, medication or treatment because of something Helsee shows without talking to a professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Your data and your exports

Your Health data and your journal belong to you. You are responsible for where you save or send exports and for who can read them. If you give an export to another person, service or AI model, its terms and privacy policy apply to what it does with the data.

Exported files reflect what Health and your journal contained at the time. Helsee does not guarantee that the data recorded by other apps and devices is complete or accurate.

Acceptable use

Use Helsee only with your own data, or with data you are entitled to handle. Do not use it to process someone else’s health information without their permission.

Liability

Helsee is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for decisions made on the basis of its exports or insights, or for loss of data in services you export to. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Changes and contact

These terms may change with new versions of the app; the current text is always here. Questions: kozlovskyaid@icloud.com.
